are an Executive Search, Recruitment and Consulting
Firm dedicated to the Retail Industry and
Information Technology. Based in Washington, D.C.,
we have been servicing local and national clients since
1983. In fact, our Senior Consulting Staff has a combined
total of 166 years of industry experience. We are recognized
members of the Maryland Recruiters Association and Top
Echelon Network.
Our
Philosophy...
OUR
COMPANY is a 100% client-driven firm. What that really
means is we listen to BOTH our clients and our candidates
to ensure the best position match. As primarily a contingency
firm we know we have to go the extra mile to provide
better service than our competition. We are only paid
if one of our candidates is actually hired by your company.
We do however require a search engagement fee of 25%
of compensation package for certain key assignments.

match, we will locate a new candidate or refund the
fee within an agreed upon guarantee period.
