and Vice President of the Contract Placement Associates
Division. Ilissa sharpened her recruiting skills by
toiling for 9 years as a recruiter for a publicly
traded Staffing firm and 2 of the elite publicly held
International Consulting Corporations. She graduated
from the University of Maryland in 1995 with a degree
in Criminal Justice (which by the way, she never used,
except maybe once, to avoid paying a parking ticket).
Her passion as a University of Maryland sports fan
is only overshadowed by her passion to fill every
job assignment that crosses her desk. |

Trachtman |
Abby
is our very own “Miss
Congeniality”. She is always going out of
her way to be nice to people and each day greets
everyone with an extremely upbeat “Good Morning”.
Graduating from Tulane University in New Orleans
with a degree in Communications and Business, she
certainly has put her educational background to
good use as she is a master at communications and
networking and has been very successful in our
business in a short period of time. However, you
would think that living in the “Big Easy” for
four years would have motivated her to cook a great
Gumbo or Jambalaya? Not Abby! Shopping, partying,
hanging with her friends and family, and creative
writing is what she loves to do and like recruiting,
she does it extremely well. Ah, to be young again! |

| Administrative
Manager, she runs the "nerve center"
of the office. Somehow Martha manages to balance
taking care of her 5 children at home (that
includes her 1 husband) and her 10 children
in our office. She sure can get things done
on a timely basis. She must have earned all
these skills while earning her degree from
Georgetown University. |
